By accessing or using our website, www.bestsupplementsco.com, or making a purchase of product(s) we sell on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

  • You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, in any way that could damage the website, or in a manner that could infringe upon the rights of others. Unauthorized access, interference, or disruption of our website and its contents is strictly prohibited.

We strive to provide accurate information regarding our products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our site are accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

a. Orders

  • By placing an order, you agree to purchase products in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities or reject any order at our discretion.

b. Pricing

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

c. Payments

  • We accept various forms of payment through secure third-party processors. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. BEST is not responsible for any payment processing errors or fees incurred through your payment provider.

d. Billing and Payments

  • By using our Services, you agree to provide accurate billing information, including valid payment details. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account and access to our Services if payment cannot be processed or if fraud is suspected. You acknowledge that subscription services or recurring billing will be charged to the payment method on file at the designated frequency unless canceled by you. You are responsible for canceling subscription services prior to your billing date if you wish to avoid charges. BEST reserves the right to update billing policies and practices at its discretion.

e. Subscriptions

  • Some of our products may be offered on a subscription basis. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to recurring billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not offer refunds for already processed subscription charges.

6. Shipping and Returns

a. Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays or damages in transit once the package has been shipped. 

b. Returns and Refunds

Our goal is to make sure that you’re happy with your experience using BEST products. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can request to be refunded for up to 2 bottles within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

The refund will be issued to the form of payment used for the purchase and the original amount paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned or licensed by BEST and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Health Disclaimer

BEST Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided on our website and in our products is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider with any questions regarding your health or a medical condition. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the Site. Reliance on any information provided by BEST Supplements, our consultants, our employees, and others appearing on this website is at your own risk.

c. Content Removal

  • BEST reserves the right to remove any content on our website, including user-submitted content, at its sole discretion, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these Terms, infringement of intellectual property rights, or if deemed harmful or offensive.
